Good location,value of money and very nice place to stay in ubud

The room and bathroom very hug . The bed very comfort that makes me sleep well . Located near with money forest and 10-15 min walk to ubud palace but on the way had a lot of shop and restaurant . Also the villa provides WeTV for the customer . The staff were friendly and very helpful .

Perfect for our long stay!

. - Room is big and comfortable - Room is cleaned every day - Wi-Fi works great - Staff is very friendly - Walking distance to everything you need (restaurants, Coco, shops, ...) - Easily accessible by Grab and Gojek drivers - Nice place to base yourself for tours in the northern, eastern and western regions - Breakfast is good but no buffet so after a while it gets a bit boring

. - As others have noticed the water is sometimes cold. Although true, this has rarely happened to us and we have noticed a solution that always works: 1. Turn on the shower water (cold) 2. Turn on the water in the sink 3. Leave both for a minute, then turn everything off 5. Wait 2 minutes, then open the shower, now it's hot :)

Fine for a few nights. Friendly staff

Cheap and cheerful. If you're looking for a comfy bed in a basic room, this place is fine. If you're looking for a lovely and memorable Bali experience, this is probably not it.

The building was seriously showing its age and was clearly in need of a refurbishment. The bar outside could be quite noisy in the evening.

What would you highlight about Villa Sonia Bisma

I live to stay here, after 2 weeks of staying I decided to relong it for another week.

It is next to the Monkey forest and I love animals so I love to see the monkeys on my breakfast and all the time around they are jumping and looking for food, very sweet creatures. The staff is very nice in here I love them. The bed is super comfortable, and everything you can also find in walking distance like food, drinks.. The breakfast is not a big portion but you can choose from 3 varieties (all come with the orange juice and coffee or a tea). I felt very peaceful here once I was in my room

Just a few little details, sometimes you can hear the sounds from outdoor in the room quite much.

Great stay and lovely staff

Great stay, really friendly staff who were very obliging and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay, room was always cleaned and kept really well and gave us new bottles of water each day. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were extremely comfy. Even though it's close to the centre of Ubud (right next to the monkey Forest) it was still a quiet and relaxing stay. Watch out for the local monkeys who stole our milk!

The wifi is not the best.

The only issue was that there was tiny blood spots on the bed sheets and they never changed the sheets.

Pleasant stay

Nice big room and big comfy bed. Big bathroom. The room needed a lot of TLC though. Fridge didn’t work but only one socket for three plugs so you couldn’t have had the tv and fridge going at the same time anyway. I had the bottom far room so could hear the staff really loudly at times. Was a very dark room and as long as staff are quiet then you can sleep well. I’d give the breakfast a miss and go elsewhere also. Dinner there was fine though. Overall ok but not sure I’d go back. Might have just had bad luck with my room though and other rooms especially on first floor might be better.

Very Good

The staff was amazing and the location was very calm and quite central. Monkeys might visit from time to time :) I appreciated also the massage service.

It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom of the room on the ground floor.

Comfortbale stay

Really comfortable stay at the hotel, the bed was very large and snug which was great after long days of activities. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very big. Lots of monkeys roaming around outside and on our balcony. Good location a short walk from lots of restaurants.

The main reception area and hall ways were a bit run down but the bedrooms were perfect. Very small breakfast selection. Didn’t see pool in use while we were there

Great location, but a bit worn. Good value for money for the area.

Perfect location. On a quiet side street, very close to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast options were a bit limited. The pool was more for display, rather than something to take a dip in. Only a small bottle of drinking water (300 ml) per person was provided.

Very Good

Massive bed big bath beautiful view , monkeys come to visit during the day.. great to have a fridge and kettle. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant also provides good food for dinner. Staff super friendly and helpful.

This place really lacks maintenance. It's a real shame. The doors to our deck where Brocken , the decking around the pool is Brocken along with our lamp. All small things but with standard maintenance it could be so much more.

Great stay for the value. Location was superb.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Hot water took around 5-10 minutes to heat up. Advertised cable tv but it didn't work.

Very Good

Amazing location right next to the monkey Forrest, we saw so many in the afternoons that we didn’t feel the need to pay to go into the Forrest. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants but we hired a scooter through the villa which made exploring very easy. Bed was extremely comfortable and large and included breakfast was nice! Would stay again!
